Google Places API

If we display Google Reviews on our website, these are fetched via the Google Places API. Reviewer names and comments are displayed as published publicly on Google. We do not store this data. It is fetched and cached temporarily on our servers.

Formspree

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io). Formspree transmits your submission to our email inbox. Their privacy policy applies to data handled by their service.

Calendly

If you book a consultation via our embedded Calendly widget, your booking information is processed by Calendly (calendly.com). Calendly's privacy policy applies. We receive your booking details (name, email, time selected) to prepare for your consultation.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Lenders: When processing your loan application (with your consent)
Our aggregator: TBDBroker, as part of our authorisation obligations
Service providers: Third-party platforms listed above, under contract to handle data appropriately
Regulators: ASIC, AFCA, or other bodies if required by law

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Personal information collected via our contact form is transmitted securely to our email via Formspree's encrypted infrastructure.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law (typically 7 years for credit-related records under Australian law).
